Suspending / Unsuspending a Dedicated Server Linux Order

Order Suspension is a useful feature available to 19jawebhosting Resellers. In this status, the Order remains in the database but is inactive and the functionality associated with it can not be used. No modifications can be made to this Order, unless it is Unsuspended.

Note

Suspending a Dedicated Server Linux Order would not only cause suspension of Email, Web and DNS services associated for all domain names manageable through this Order but also any other Web Services purchased for the domain names.

To Suspend / Unsuspend a Dedicated Server Linux Order

  1. Login to your Control Panel, Search for the domain name for which you have purchased this Dedicated Server Linux Order and go to the Order Information view.

  2. Here,

    • To Suspend the Order:

      1. Click the Suspend link.

      2. Select Suspend for Suspension and enter the Reason for Suspension.

    • To Unsuspend the Order:

      1. Click the Unsuspend Order button.

      2. Select No Restriction.

  3. Click the Update button.
