CPanel own Backup system

http://www.cpanel.net/docs/cp/Backup.htm This backup system is meant for making a backup compressed file, that you are meant to then download and it is not meant to be kept on the server as it uses a lot of storage space. using this backup option does count against your Band Width usage.
