We have monitors on all our IP addresses however any of the following may happen that would cause our IP or your Domain name to be blacklisted
1) Account hacked and used to send out spam mail
2) You sent out unsolicited mails
3) Your ISP IP address is blacklisted
4) Virus on your account files or mail which would lead to certain ports been blocked or the service been blocked
5) You have viloated the terms of agreement
If any of these occur you may encounter problems sending mails to other mail servers, once this is noticed please forward such returned mails with headers included to info@19jawebhosting.com and we would look into it immediately.
From the header you would be able to tell if the IP is blacklisted or the email address you are sending to is invalid.
