ACCOUNT SUSPENSION.
Your account will be suspended
a)if you have used it to send spam mail and it has been reported.Spam are
unsolicited mails.
b) If you have used it to send fraud mails.
c) if you have exceeded your bandwidth/disc Quota
d) if you have uploaded a phishing website.By this we mean you have
uploaded a complete replica of an existing website.
e) If you owe us monies and have not paid.Our services are not on credit
and so would require full payment before rendered if however this is
extended to you it would not remain for more than 48 hours before we
receive payment due us.
f)If your website is reported for fraud.
Note: in all cases apart from c and e your account and any payment made
will be forfeited. We are not a fraud company and do not support anything
that looks or feels like it.

FRAUD / SPAM
We do not host or register domain names for fraud or spamming so please do
not contact us for any such service.We have a ZERO tolerance for fraud and
spam if observed we will report to the Authorities and have such promptly
dealt with. If you notice any please do Report to Us.

REGISTRATION AND HOSTING FOR FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS / INSURANCE COMPANIES
/ COURIER COMPANIES
To register companies in this category we would require a scanned copy of
the certificate of incorporation and a personal ID of the Owner, also a
confirmation would be required of the registered office of the company for
verification. We charge an extra N1000 for this verification apart from
the cost of Registering and Hosting your website.This is for security
reasons.We may or may not require these before registering the domain name
but once registered we would require the documents.

2) IP ADDDRESS RELATED
Its is possible that for some reasons your IP address is blocked either on our servers or on your ISP server.This would happen if the IP either ours or that of your ISP has been used for Spam.

If you check here and see your Website it menas that there is a block either from your ISP on our IP address or your ISP IP address is blocked on our servers.

Please send us a mail with your ISP IP if its Dedicated to have it white listed on our servers or call your ISP to make a complaint.

This would help you confirm is your website or emails are blocked on your ISP
